JRI, I think you might not realize that I'm agreeing with you. There are indeed rational reasons why CSCO trades at a premium to LU. That's why I don't advocate shorting CSCO. It's just that I think that CSCO is being granted too much of a premium.

BTW, one place I'll disagree with is in on your contention that CSCO is being granted a liquidity premium. Although CSCO is indeed highly liquid, that isn't really any different than for any other large cap out there (save, of course for EMC, but that's another story <g>). It is just as easy to move a 100,000 share block in GE, INTC, or LU as it is for CSCO.
