Lev specifically stated where his loyalties and priorities lie in the last conference call. And that was to the customer. His most important priority is to maintain the integrity and reliability of both the company and its products in regard to the customer. From his statements you have a number of choices:

1. Agree with him that in the long run what is best for the customers will be best for the shareholders.

2. Disagree with him and find another stock to invest in.

3. Disagree with him and complain about it in a public forum such as SI.

I don't believe and hope that any of your choices will have any impact upon Lev and the management team's decision to change their objectives.

As far as I am concerned, I would much more prefer that Lev and the management team concentrate on producing the best possible battery to meet their customer's needs, than spend time going over announcements with their PR firm.
