Alan - Did you get in at $.13? It is now at $.20 and hopefully we will never see the teens again. Herb is working on a contract with Caesar's, but they are under new management which has delayed (good grief!) progress. Fortunately, Herb is patient and will not give his product away to low bidders. As far as NASDAQ listing, Herb states that it is totally up to the decision of the MM's. They might wait for a contract to move - so - while in limbo, there is progress. Herb refers questions about his efforts to the 10K - everything he is doing is spelled out there and he cannot be specific on the progress. He sounded very optimistic when I talked to him, and he assured me that his key employees hold major positions and will be back the moment cash flow permits.
