WaveRider Communications Inc. (NASDAQ:WAVC) (FRANKFURT:WVR.), a leading global provider of wireless Internet access products, today announced it has formed a dual partnership with two leading international wireless technology services companies.

SCIENTECH, Inc. of Downers Grove, Ill. and Comsearch(R), a division of Allen Telecom, Inc., located in Reston, Va have joined forces to provide engineering and installation services to WaveRider's customers.

SCIENTECH and Comsearch(R) will work together as a seamless support organization to engineer, install and deploy WaveRider's Last Mile Solution(R) (LMS) wireless Internet access systems. Wireless professionals from both companies will form project teams to provide the regional and technical knowledge and expertise required for each WaveRider LMS installation.

WaveRider will oversee all pre-sales engineering work and maintain direct contractual and service level agreements for all design and installation services of LMS products.
