Probably why CORL is popping (testing 4 9/16...) dailynews.yahoo.com "In the filing Tuesday, Microsoft, disdainful of the department's response to the company's earlier concerns, asked U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson to include previously suggested language that would give a broken-up Microsoft more freedom to enter into agreements with software developers and computer makers." Looks like they may be doing damage control in the event of the break-up... SR
