Starting with the justice dept announcing the antitrust lawsuit the day of Microsoft's quarterly earnings announcement to the judge first threatening to announce his decision around June 1st just in time to spoil Microsoft's Next Generation Windows Services event to him announcing his final decision during market hours just 1 hour before it closes (to cause maximum effect) goes to show that the Joel Klein and the Judge Jackson have been hell bent on destroying shareholder value.

Hopefully, fair-minded people can see this and realize why Microsoft could have never settled while this bunch is around, a bunch which can't even define what a web browser is...
