. The moral part is, well, separate.
I think it is a stand-in for a general uneasiness that the conservatives have about the ongoing changes. They look around and see power shifts, suddenly the former stock boy who became familiar with his PC becomes a manager, and the managers who are familiar with their overhead projector are worried. They look around their life, the computers are new, but they can't complain or even exist anymore without them. What else? Well when I was a kid they didn't show teenage girls on TV with their bra straps in view and making jokes about condoms. It must be TV that's making me feel uneasy.
Morality has not changed, only the technology and context.
