Ben,

That's $1 million of the $3.5 million mentioned in KS's press release earlier this week. No corresponding KS release, yet. No mention of conversion price. Are we to assume that the remaining $2.5 mil is contingent upon KS yielding further ground. IMO Enron has a strong hand, getting stronger...$$, other resources, credibility, more and more KS shares.
