michael..."flaw in logic" reread my post......it concerned stock valuation, and perceptions of "americans", who fail at times to understand that a world exists beyond our borders. very true, "wireless" is being implemented, but it is apparent that the "status quo" implementation of the vast global wireless infrastructure is not so friendly or beneficial to certain american patents/technology. not to say technology transfer will not occur in the future, but in the case of an ideological driven hierarchy that exists in the prc, there is very little protection of patent rights and royalty payments to an entity of any sovereign nation. great to debate prc market size and potential, but one must be familiar with "costind/cati/mpt" and "super 863 program"..... to ignore the basics of internal prc goals, which are dual purpose,not always as they appear to be, is to lose sight of a foreign corporation ability to prosper within the prc.
