To stretch your analogy, Q may be in the driver's seat of the biggest baddest SUV on the road, but there's still a lot of traffic on the WCDMA highway to contend with - and apparently some of the other drivers will attempt to violate all manner of rules of the road Yes agree. That is why we have traffic cops. Hopefully they will do their job. In a different metaphor this will be an interesting chess game to watch. I suspect that IJ is the grandmaster. Regards Skip
