And that is just what the "capping" is all about. To have you and others be discouraged about the market price and think this reflects the current real situation at the company.

So you - and others - can get discouraged and sell.

Bottom line: if you think that the company is not making progress, then sell.

If you think that the stock is substantially overvalued on whatever fundamental basis you select, then sell.

If you think that the company has to finance and the financing will be substantially dilutive, then sell.

If you think that the NASDAQ will test new lows and that the recent underperformance by the stock (failing to rise in the latest rally) is indicative of a more significant technical problem in production, then sell.

If you can't sleep at night, then sell.

I sleep well at night, but then again I'm not in this for a trade.
