Symmetricom (SYMM) announced a new solution today, DOUBLING the current reach of ADSL. "Their "GoLong" solution uses a patent-pending, repeater-like device deployed in the long loop to provide the additional boost the ADSL signal needs to extend its range . . ." This is the first of several new products they plan to announce that "helps carriers enhance and maximize the bandwidth and service capability of this part of the network, which often serves as the bottleneck in delivering bandwidth to the end user."
