OK so the Key question on CDTS is do their products have
a market, it's interesting that they don't seem to have
much non-Govt business, which is always dangerous.

I'd like to see some players in the industry buying
their products.

We develop, manufacture and market electronic components and systems based on superconductors for applications in the worldwide telecommunications markets. As of March 31, 2000, we had accumulated losses of approximately $54,042,000 and we expect to incur significant additional losses during the remainder of 2000. We, alone or with collaborative partners, must successfully develop, manufacture, introduce and market our potential products in order to achieve profitability. We do not expect to recognize meaningful product sales until we successfully develop and commercialize superconductive components, systems and subsystems that address significant market needs.
