There was litle reaction to the FDA ruling unfortunately. Under FDA rules, a company cannot make a claim unless substantiated. CLZR claimed permanent hair removal and the FDA agreed thus they may advertise such. The company is in a downtrend share price wise but not fundamentally at least not yet. I think that CLZR needs to do more road shows to analysts. Wall Street has not recongnized them yet. The share price is very cheap at these levels and a good buy assuming the fundamentals remain strong.
