I have not gotten anything yet... I have FCM in 6 different accounts in 3 different brokers. So maybe one of them will come thru with a proxy.

I do know one shareholder who has shares held in a safe at his/her home that has received his/her proxy... so they have gone out.

It's entirely possible that only shareholders with certificates will receive notification of the shareholders meeting and a voting proxy via regular U.S. mail.

This is exactly what happened in regards to another stock I owned in late 1998. Out of over 200 people in a "shareholder's revolt" group I joined, I was the only shareholder to receive a meeting notification and a voting proxy....because I held my shares in certificate form! It's a good thing I had those certificates. I immediately sent the material to a lawyer we had on retainer that specializes in securities fraud, along with a signed statement from me for the lawyer to represent me at the shareholders meeting. The lawyer subsequently got the shareholders meeting declared illegal due to an insufficient number of days notification prior to the meeting.

p.s. I've never received notice of an FCM shareholders meeting or a voting proxy by regular U.S. mail since I originally purchased shares in FCM (FTEL then) in October of 1996.
