As Lakers said that .16 x .165 is the bid/ask or b/a...and even more precisely, the "inside" b/a ie the highest bid and the lowest ask. LOL except it isn't really with the BB's, it's the highest bid the MM's are willing to advertise, and the lowest ask the MM's are willing to advertise. On big spreads there is always someone trying to buy/sell in between and those are not shown.

For good explanations of Level 2 (or Level II) which shows where all the MM's are bidding and asking, try these.
