DDH2K-2 at -74 degrees/329 degrees drilled to 1,455 feet, intersected the zone for 770 feet (485 - 1,255 feet). Drill core assay results indicate copper-gold-palladium grades increased to the southwest in a highly altered calcareous fine grain rock with sulphide mineralization disseminated throughout. A new interpretation of mineral assemblages and structural controls suggests the mineral system could be larger and higher grade than previously interpreted. A petrographic study is being implemented to identify the mineralization and host rock. DRC Resources is continuing the drill program with DDH2K-3 at -80 degrees/329 degrees (drilling 100 feet west of the first drill setup) to intersect the zone from 150 to 200 feet southwest of DDH2K-2.
