el p ... its looked like distribution since last Thursday night !!!

The difference is ... with a sentiment change, bids are coming in. New money is only really necessary when the sentiment is negative. If people will only sell for a higher price, the market can rise through rotation. If the specialists then feel confident to mark up prices ... and continually find buyers ... it all becomes self-fulfilling.

I too dislike the market (but thats my problem) & closed my positional longs yesterday ... which subsequently lost all their gains. But - they got them all back again today ... what to do ... GG.

I'm happy enough to hold overnight - at least until we get to the thick of the earnings warning period. But generally I agree ... trading is safer. Unfortunately, when the market is this strong, there's a good chance of missing the morning gap-up ....

Anyway ... as long as one makes money ... I guess opportunity cost vs risk is a personal evaluation ....
