Let the appeals begin!

A few legal questions from a layman. How many judges are on the D.C. appeals court and will all of them be involved in the MSFT case? If it's a panel of three, how are they chosen? Do you see this case as heading on a fast track to the supreme court? And, lastly, do you think the majority of judges involved would be likely to overturn some or all of Jacksons ruling?
