Once I asked you if you considered the border in dispute and you said you didn't. As I recall, you wrote a few paragraphs about realities.

Despite being family-impaired, I understand the pull of the roots. I shed tears when the Russian tanks rolled into Prague; meanwhile my friends were oblivious and the world moved on.

I think that your notion that people have some moral right to go wherever their perception of birthright leads them despite current national borders is wistful and charming. And utterly futile.

You have a facile mind and a fierce heart. Remember the balance of power.
