...truly awful O/S software. Which only a monopoly could pull off marketing. And that is where the consumer has been hurt. Most consumers have been raised on this horrendous O/S software. The sad fact is that because this is the only operating system these users have been exposed to, they are fearful of learning anything else and as a result defend and invest in this junk. JMHO
