4finger - this is really interesting ! TDK by virtue of their 40% investment in Vertex (if I heard right during the conf call ) , now owns about 4% of Mitel . There is a 2 year lock on the shares.CC&L Financial owns the biggest block (around 8 million , the last time I checked). TDK now owns the second biggest block. TDK is a Mitel competitor and will be a bigger competitor once Bluetooth takes off . Check this out- biz.yahoo.com TDK knows Mitel well - they would not have agreed to a share deal if Mitel didn't represent an undervalued investment . Guaranteed.
