I see a tremendous buying opportunity here in technology, GS will be curtailed from raising rates in the 2nd half of an election year.. How can you not make a case for Qualcomm trading at $250 in the next month? Nasdaq might surprise us with a real blow-off 5th over 10K before this is done! >><<
