doug...here is what i think. companies (larger) are just going out and buying companies (smaller) that have something they don't. cpsx has certain thermal mgmt solutions that in my opinion their larger competitors do not.

we will either grow (pricewise) as cpsx and their technology gets better known or we will be bought outright by a competitor.

my opinion only and i bot more yest at 1 5/8.
