Hi Guys,

An old favorite that served me well was New Holland. Currently completing their merger with Case to become Case-New Holland (CNH). I have recently bought back in during the latest dip. The annual meeting has brought a dividend and a rights offering. I was wondering if anybody had any advice on these types of offerings in general or this one in particular.

The input from this thread has helped me with this one. Thanks for a great thread!
