Partly right. The date has been public for several weeks, almost since the appeal was filed on the 10 th. The damage claim doesn't have to be newly launched, as I understand it it is just part of the on-going suit that Aber filed a year ago (or whenever it was). The rest of your post is just rhetoric IMO. The management isn't against us, they're with us and doing a heck of a job in the face of difficulties. Nobody is perfect. They don't dilute for fun, or to spite the shareholders, only when needed to raise money for useful work to get done, and there's no other way of paying for it.If you want to be a cry baby I recommend the SW thread. I'm getting to like the peace and quiet here. Brgds
