For some reason, both you and Bambs have a real problem understanding that, in a mild economic slowdown, not all companies/products are affected...you seem to believe that all companies, everywhere are similarly, proportionally affected..

I think your argument(s) would be MUCH more powerful if you would claim that Greenspan will overshoot in the interest rate game, and drive us close to a recession...although I think companies like Cisco will STILL see a much, more limited impact (than others), it could potentially effect Cisco's numbers..

However, if your current argument is, as I understand it...that as the U.S. economy slows from 5%-3%...that companies like Cisco will start missing their numbers....well..

I think that is a weak argument.
