Bill, I wasn't referring to MSFT in general. I was thinking more about a tech stock relief rally. From the NSCP -vs- MSFT, I know that you are not an MSFT fan (and that's putting it mildly) Anyways, my thoughts are MSFT still has the power to move the markets. Remember what happened the day after they found MSFT guilty. My question was, now that the first phase is finished, Do we get a TECH relief rally?
