Scumbria, the original decisions may or may not have been sensible, though obviously they were unduly risk-laden. But there were numerous points in time (including today!) when it was clear that the train was going to derail. I'm more concerned that those decisions weren't taken. Reality is a harsh teacher but I'd have thought that reality would be a factor as you get close to launch. The same overall management that has been pretty darn good for most of the decade was pretty darn bad for a fair spell now. I would feel a lot better if I had more confidence that there's some reality permeating into the decision making councils there lately. Perhaps there have been some sensible decisions made and there is a phase lag in the results, but it does look a touch scary to me right now.
