though the 2 company deal will likely hold.

From what I just read it seems that...
1. S.C. will be reluctant to grant a fast track appeal
and
2. Softie has a good chance for a reversal on appeal in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for D.C.

Should be interesting.
