Thanks, Roy.

I think it is fair to say that we disagree on shareholders' rights to know basic information about the company with which they are investing. I hardly think I'm being righteous by trying to learn more about the company's plans and current activities.

I can see your point about why Glenn might not now be forthcoming with the type of information he provided previously. It is natural to become defensive when things don't work out as intended and publicly announced. Unfortunately, that is also a trait of a company that is in trouble (and I'm not trying to imply that PNL is in that situation) - they will hide or delay communicating negative information as long as they can. Again, unfortunately, the lack of an open line of communication can be viewed by potential new investors as a red flag that will preclude their purchasing shares.

And THAT is the real concern here. Those of us who have been around PNL for over a year know a great deal more about PNL than the broader investing public because we have been paying attention on an almost daily basis. But if the share price is to appreciate going forward (as I think most of us are hoping for), we need new investors on a large scale who will see the potential that we see and establish positions for the long haul.

That won't happen unless the company lays out a flow for its business plan which entices new investors. This is exactly what I was hoping to see when I asked about a schedule of upcoming events. I do not expect Glenn to tell the world about anything that would give away a competitive advantage, but I think all of us should expect a modicum of factual information about what is upcoming if it won't screw up any kind of ongoing negotiations (like the financing package).

Right now we really don't know squat except that we like the concept, we like Glenn, we think we have an edge with the Commerce Department, PNL-TV seems to be doing well, and and new stuff keeps getting added to the web site.

I don't appreciate the personal inuendos and will spare you the same.

Cheers,

RR
