A series of articles explaining the basics of Point and Figure Charting:
stocks.about.com

Does not explain relative strength etc, but I'm writing up something that will have all that on my website.

Free sites for point and figure charts:
stockcharts.com
or you can try pnfcharts.com to download my QPnf program which is a free Microsoft Windows based point and figure charting program. QPnf uses free data from Yahoo.com and can also use real time data from Quote.com if you have a QCharts account. It shows trendlines, vertical counts etc. New version sometime towards the end of June, around the same time that my point and figure web site will be up.
