Laser Thermal Processing, according to my conversation with Dave Markle (CTO for UTEK) last week, is a "promising" technology that could support more applications than the more complex PGild. Lot's of patents being filed. (It's true, but doesn't generate earnings). No shipments this year expected. <<I might change my opinion.>> Looks like you have lots of time to do that<<GGG>>. Bruce was impressive at the meeting and is looking for 50% margins going into next year with mucho help from the Bump machines. D
