Regarding the Share Count: While visiting CCAA, asked about this and was told CCAA does moniter the internet from time to time so they can be more responsive to it's shareholders concerns and thoughts. The issued shares and float remain the same. I was shown a ADP summary of number of "street name" shares. On 4/7/00 there were 5,379,169----on 5/31/00 there was a reduction to 3,658,885. This report shows each investor by name and amount of holdings on each particuliar date; did see mine as of 4/7 and the increase of shares on 5/31. Guessing this helps CCAA to determine the long-term investor base and be more familiar with their investors posture when they receive calls. Although the float remains the same, in the last couple of months this report figure has dropped due to certificates being requested out of the various brokerage houses. Therefore, a higher and higher percentage is becoming strongly held.
