RE: All I know is that the Naz seems to be fairly valued now between 3042 and a little over 5,000 based entirely on the musical chair method of stock valuation. It is a trader's market pure and simple.

I actually agree. IF you look at the DJIA from 1986, through the 1987 "crash" where it did 5% and through 1992... it really reminds me of the NASDAQ of late for the recent NASDAQ "crash". Just like the DJIA in '87, the NASDAQ may have just reset to fair value and will take a few years to take out the old NASDAQ high once and for all. Still good rewards for those of us that stayed mostly invested and/or trade the high/low points for extra money.

The gal that cut my hair yesterday... she tOld me of all the money they lost in the recent madness on high flyers she bought because they were going up and her friends told her they were good stocks. She told of how they then took their remaining $10K and went to a bank and bought a mutual fund. Paying 6% commission to the bank was worth it for that person and her husband! Those that think "the little people" have not been hurt in all this.... just don't listen too well. My skin crawls when I read happy posts from those like Dipy that say these people need to feel more pain.
