Yes, any spread above 1.25Mhz. My point is that in 10 years spreads of 5Mhz to 10Mhz will probably be common because of the inherent advantages of wider spreads but in the mean time, the only practical (available) technologies will rule like 1X and likely HDR.

Just like in the early 90's many carriers wisely opted to go ahead with GSM rather than wait for the superior IS-95, in the near future I think we will see carriers opt for technologies that have immediate advantages rather than wait an indeterminate amount of time for some European WCDMA or (god forbid) EDGE.

I wonder what's going on in the digital cinema arena.
