"The Best IMHO, was the 1.7 Million PP!!!"
I know they announced that they were doing this but I haven't seen where they have been successful is getting the people to give money.
The only announcement I saw was on May 24th which stated, "Further to news in Stockwatch March 8, 2000, announcing a private placement of special warrants at 27 cents per special warrant, the company has recieved subscription agreements and funds totalling $553,079."
On Apr 20 2000 there was also this, "The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a non-brokered private placement of 400,000 special warrants at 25 cents."
Now, how I read this is that they have only recieved $553,079. This would include the proceeds from the 400,000 warrants announced on May 24th.
So, they are $1,200,000 shy of their goal by my read.
