Who says the profession of college coaching has lost its luster?

King Rice recently gave up his assistant's job at Providence (which has had serious problems following an-off campus fight involving several Friars' players) to become the personal assistant to former Tar Heel teammate Rick Fox.

That's right, personal assistant. Fox, now with the Lakers, signed a four-year, $26 million contract last summer and wants Rice, the best man at his recent wedding to Vanessa Williams, to run his various businesses. "I talked with all of my people and everyone agreed now was a good time to make a move," Rice told the ProvidenceJournal. One questions rises above all others in this story: how many people does King Rice have? Does a professional personal assistant need his own personal assistants?
