how consumers have been harmed and continue to be harmed by M$FT. You, and others, never cite specific examples!!!! Only the rhetoric consumers have been harmed yada yada yada. Give me a tangible example. I use MSFT products and always have, and love them. And no I am not a complete ignoramus, something SUNW-lovers and MSFT-haters claim are the only people who are happy using MSFT software.
