The problem with most of the posts, both in favor and against MSFT, is that most people are sounding off because they have an axe to grind one way or the other. The real question we should be concerned with is when will the Government view an company like CSCO or some other giant who has a significant % of the business in their market a monopoly? If people really believe that the fed is acting solely for our benefit I think they must be wearing blinders. This same fed knew years in advance that tobacco was a deadly product and yet waited for years only to take them to court on our behalf. The result will be that tobacco companies will pay the feds and the states but few individuals who really suffered from the cover up will be compensated. If the consumer was hurt by MSFT then the CONSUMER should be paid - NOT THE FED! But that will not happen.
