Maybe ShareGate (the former Utel) makes it worth taking another look at RADA. Does anyone know how what % RADA owns of ShareGate, or how many $ they have invested in them? Here are some ShareGate news items I found:

o Residential Gateway Firm Closes $10 Million Fourth Round

RENO, Nev. -- ShareGate, which develops residential
gateways systems for broadband services, said it
received $10 million in a fourth round funding led
by new investor Blueprint Ventures with new investors
Advent International and Amtech participating. Bart
Schachter, general partner at Blueprint Ventures,
was added to the company's board of directors, which
now stands at four. The company will use the funds
for product development.

o Former Apple CEO Amelio Joins Board of ShareGate

RENO, Nev. -- ShareGate, which provides delivery
of premise broadband services, said it named Gilbert
F. Amelio to the company's board of directors. Mr.
Amelio, former chairman and CEO of Apple Computer,
is the founder of Beneventure Capital, formerly
Amtec, and served as a partner with The Parkside
Group. ShareGate is backed by Blueprint Ventures
and other private investors.

o Blueprint Ventures Announces $150 Million Fund

SAN FRANCISCO -- Blueprint Ventures announced the
close of its $150 million Emerging Communications
Fund. The firm, led by general partners Bart Schachter
and Thomas Unterberg, focuses on early-stage investments
in communications and Internet infrastructure companies.
Mr. Schachter was formerly director of business
development at Intel. Mr. Unterberg is chairman
of investment bank C.E. Unterberg Towbin. The firm's
investments will typically range from $3 million
to $10 million. Blueprint Ventures has invested
in five companies: Santa Clara, Calif.-based CopperCom,
which delivers carrier-class voice over DSL equipment;
Flashcom, a Huntington Beach, Calif.-based provider
of DSL services; MobileStar Network, developer of
a broadband, wireless communications network for
business travelers; Oresis Communications, a Beaverton,
Oregon-based company developing a carrier-class
edge switch; and ShareGate, developer of broadband
residential gateways.
