Vertex , Mitel , Cisco have been tight for at least year. Does anyone really think that Mandy would have pulled the trigger on this deal if he was not certain of it working .

The die has been cast , the stones have been thrown, the wheel has already been spun... Mitel has already come up as winner .The market doesn't fully appreciate what has happened YET.
