welcome to the club.......they've been biting me on the ass for 30 years. Odd that they would nail a foreign country when they can't even get buyers in other states to pay taxes on items bought by mail order or the internet. They must believe your are an E-vile, Canadian, Penny stock pimping, shorter....I have heard they exist...but I have never met one in person. chech with other credit card transaction companies in other states and see if they are also taxed by CA. I'll bet they are not. The problem my be your CC transaction co. Shootie
