That makes you pretty old, since they moved to LA 40 years ago, and were in Minneapolis only 12 years. They had some good teams though, winning championships in 1949, 1950, 1952, 1953, and 1954. And besides, George Makin, the star of those years, was 6' 10", only 3 inches shorter than Shaq. And Makin dominated the game too, so much so that the NBA widened the foul lane in 1951 to slow him down, but the rule change had a minimal effect on "Big George." He still averaged 23.8 points per game.

Anyway, the Lakers followed the Dodgers out here, and its not likely either are leaving any time soon. After 40 years, you'd think people would accept it.

However, you are welcome to move the Clippers back to Buffalo, where they started out as the Buffalo Braves. Or move them back to San Diego, I don't care.
