I don't give a wet rat's _ss about MS sales, crack cocaine is popular and a big seller some places, would you have us believe that it is a good thing on that basis?

I've personally witnessed the disaster of Windows in the workplace, and I despise intentional mediocrity on general principle. Keep in mind that if you've owned stock in a large company that has embraced Windows, it is likely that company has pissed away a fortune supporting this brain-damaged garbage, and/or has impaired functionality due to reliance on such flaky trash.

I do my customers the favor of helping them avoid dependence on MS products whenever I can. Sometimes it takes a while. In one case I know of, it took 4 years for someone to figure out that NT just was not the ticket for anything other than non-critical desktops and file services, and that unix was the most effective platform for database and application servers. It's good to see once-hapless victims take control of their fate and kick the pusher out of their pantry.

There's really no reason for people to spend their lives with their head up Bill's colon, what's your excuse?
