I have found that the B2B stocks don't all move in tandem, rather some will lag the leaders and you will have a seesaw type action.

I have noticed that too. I think a lot of it has to do with investors perceiving that every big piece of positive news for ARBA is a lost opportunity for CMRC, and vice versa. But the pattern is erratic -- and if the market is in the midst of a powerful move (in either direction) both ARBA and CMRC are obedient lemmings.
