I believe that as long as the trend remains to the north the BSL is moved to the right. Perhaps not as powerful or reliable since it's a rather young BSL. If after the TB break it would have headed down and not retraced back up (it actually gave a couple more buy sigs)then the BRL would have been in play.
This pattern is all too familiar to me..I call it the DOH! pattern since I get sold out only to see it resume it's climb
I could be wrong but it makes sense to me on the BSL biz
