Lets pretend MFST lost all the information the Govmt asked for during the discovery phase of the recent litigation. Question: Would Gate's $100 billion cover the fines? Think Dan Rather would report the fact at some point in his little news show? Better yet, what makes anyone thing the government has a clue about how to break-up and strategically manage a software company. They can't even track their emails!
