[from page 22 of the restated 10-Q 9/30/1999] We cannot predict our future revenue with any significant degree of certainty for several reasons including: - Product revenue in any quarter is substantially dependent on orders booked and shipped in that quarter, since we operate with virtually no order backlog; - We do not recognize revenue on sales to domestic distributors until the products are sold through to end-users; - The storage management market is rapidly evolving;
