If that is so (I did not know) then that is his business and not mine. I did not ever say that Vklepa was a stock basher, I said he was occasionally bashing for his own reasons. I do believe it's because he sold out in a panic at some point and that sort of thing does happen (that is my guess anyway). I think he's taking his frustrations out on other longs as a result of missing out when other longs stood firm, by joining in the chorus of known bashers.

If he did sign an affidavit against you, then attacks people like me, it shows that he has a volatile character. But that's just my opinion.
